Jace is a bike messenger in LA. One day, his last assignment is to collect a package from a lawyer named Leonard Lowell, who seems to be involved in dirty business because he’s murdered after giving Jace the package.
In the place of delivery, Jace is attacked by a man who wants to kill him. Jace manages to escape and decides to avoid the police because he’s a very mistrustful boy and he thinks he’s going to be accused of murdering the lawyer. By avoiding the police, he becomes the principal suspect and he puts the people he cares about in danger.
Kevin Parker is the detective in charge of the homicide’s investigation. He’s determined to solve this case because his career depends on it and he has a lot of experience.
I disagreed with Jace’s decision of avoiding the police. He would not have suffered so much and Eta (an innocent woman) would be alive. Anyway there would be an interesting story of how Kev Parker solved this intricate case and how he was surprised.
I loved Tyler, he was charming and I loved the fact of he having an IQ of 168. Definitely, he was wiser than Jace.
I enjoyed more “A Thin Dark Line”.
