Usually I don’t read books like this one but I enjoyed it very much.
The author gives us tips for being less dramatic and more positive based in our diet, dangerous chemicals contained in products we use, exercise, our friends, etc. She also teaches us the ways in which we could react to traumatic events that could predispose us to drama.
I liked this book and I found many useful facts. Actually, I’m trying to reduce my intake of food that contains a lot of histamine and I searched all the products that we use at home, in the page that helps us to realize how dangerous they are due to the chemicals.
This book is based in scientific investigations and provides us proven facts, so I liked it more.
If you want to live a healthier life you can read this book.
