As I’ve said, I liked this story so I’ve already read the second book.
Nas continues learning important things in River’s house, nevertheless she’s always remembering that she has darkness inside and she believes that everything bad that happens in her life is because of her inner darkness.
She has a suspicious accident, among other strange events, that make her feel very uncomfortable, therefore she decides to run and casually Incy, her best friend of the past, who she fears, finds her.
Is Incy dangerous? Will Nas return to her dark life or will she resist the temptations?
As book one, this is an amusing book. It has very funny parts and it’s a light reading that catches your attention.
I liked to read past events of Nas’ life; with other names and in other countries. Clearly, she had a comfortable and meaningless life. It’s good for her to mature and begin having healthy habits and balance in her life.
Besides she has a very strong magic, so she must learn to control it for using it for good reasons and having the power to save herself if she’s in trouble again.
I’ll try to read the third book soon. I want to know who are Miss Edna and her master; if Eileif (Reyn) and Lilja (Nas) will stay together; and more of the other characters.
I continue recommending this trilogy.
