Mark Sway has only eleven years, but he acts like he’s older. He witnesses the suicide of a mafia lawyer with his little brother. Before suiciding, the lawyer confesses to Mark the place where a senator’s corpse is buried. The senator was killed by the lawyer’s client. After the story’s divulgation, Mark becomes of special interest to the mafia, the press and the FBI. He contracts Reggie Love, a lawyer that doesn’t work, all the time, for money. With the help of Reggie, Mark will deal with all the people that are looking for him and he’ll become The Client
Mark is a very intelligent boy who has dealt with a lot of difficult situations for a kid and he has, always, resolved his problems. I find very admirable a boy having the capacity of taking great decisions and acting like a man.
He also acts like a child, sometimes he wishes that someone could take care of him and treat him like a child without all his responsabilities.
It’s worth to read this book.
