I finally read this exciting trilogy’s end where the gods Eurus, Cirrus, Sud and Fors play a fundamental role. I liked very much their story and the way Sud and Fors created Firebloods and Frostbloods.
After the fight in the fire throne’s hall, Eurus plans to open the Obscurum’s gate to allow all his Minax to be free for consuming everyone’s spirit. Also, he wants Ruby to accept that she’s his creation and that she belongs in the dark throne.
However, Ruby, Arcus and Kai are decided to stop Eurus’ plans, but first they must discover the location of the Obscurum’s door and convince Tempesia’s court that the Minax are a real threat. This way, Arcus could lead the Frostblood’s army and join it with Queen Nalani’s Fireblood army.
On the other hand, Ruby is feeling the dangerous effects of hosting a Minax for too long. Could she resist this dark creature’s power?
I believe this is a great end for the story. It has very dramatic and special moments.
I like when a book makes me feel identified with the characters and makes me feel as if I was living the same situations.
Ruby and Arcus complement each other in a perfect way. They’re one of my favorite literary couples.
I recommend a lot this trilogy. It’s very exciting and amusing, it keeps the reader’s attention all the time and takes place in an interesting world with variety of characters.
