Rowan is decided to take the crown from Orion to prevent a war between demons and mortals. She wants to be Queen so she must find a way to achieve her goal without letting Orion throw her out of the City once more.
Fortunately, her friend Shai and some demons want to help her but it seems that a traitor is among them.
A great end to this trilogy that I disliked at the beginning but that improved a lot in the second book.
I liked the Trials and the whole outcome. Also the Lightbringer’s power and the whole theme of magic.
I must confess that I’ve discovered that I don’t enjoy the erotic scenes that are very long. Maybe that’s why I didn’t like the first book but I enjoyed the other two, although they had erotism too.
There were some situations that seemed odd to me because I expected something else but in general I enjoyed this book and its story. And I can recommend it. Also if there will be other books I would like to read them.
